    As long as the shag isn't so thick as to potentially interfere with any controls, I don't see an issue based on the rule book?

    I think the fur has to be limited to 32mm to be supersport legal. Superbike is unlimited fur length.

    What about Stainmaster treatments? Those SS legal if applied by the factory at time of production, or are you allowed to do aftermarket stain prevention?

    Yes the aftermarket treatment is perfectly legal with LRRS. However, if you ever plan on racing with WERA superstock classes in the future, forget about it. Must be a reapplication of the stock stain prevention.
