I'm really liking the TCX lineup. The foot bed is more US fit than EU fit.

I'm still loving my Forma Ice Flows.
Very happy with my (now 2 sets of) TCXes. The R-S2's I won at the RSP auction last year are rather choice.
The only Sidi I could make fit my chicken legs were the top end Vortice, those were the only ones with enough calf adjustment Sidi offered. My Formas use a zipper on the side, AND a calf ratchet, with usable adjustment range. Seriously, check out Forma Ice Flows (the vented ones).
I have Sidi Vortice boots. The ventilation is good, but they kinda suck to put on and take off.
I just got the AXO Aragon boot. No review yet but I like the boa system on them. I had supertech r boots for seven years. Loved them but I'm sponsored by AXO, so I got a deal I couldn't pass up.

I bought Dainese boots...something with "air" in the name...usually $250-$300 boot, I got for a huned since a sportbike school supplied the boot for some guy taking the class, and he had his own, so he sold me the school's boot...closest I could get for the chicken ankle syndrome

I'm on my third or fourth set of Alpinestars. Second set of Supertech Rs.

Very happy with my Supertech R's, do not have small calves though, can't tell you if they'll cinch down that much.

So I pinged Ridersdiscount over on the wera forums about availability of the Sidi ST Air or whatever in white, he said they couldnt get them anymore, and suggested the Mag1, I said those are a little past my budget, he gave me a good price, that comes down toward what I wanted to pay to begin with. So looks like Im getting those.
And if youre looking for gear, doesnt hurt to hit them up over on Wera, not sure if this was a one off, or they just hook up discounts on the forum.
Same experience, once on - great...but when in a rush to make a race they were not the boot to have.
I swear by Alpinestars Supertech R, according to the doctor they are the reason my left leg was able to be fixed. Transferred all energy away from ankle and knee...directed it towards middle of shin which is easier to fix than joints.
Pricey and usually only good for 1 season depending on how much you crash. Bonus - very comfortable to spend a day in unlike most roadrace boots imo.

I like my Alpinestars SMX plus boots... around $350.00.... Crash tested a few times with no issues. they lace up on the inside with a side zipper. They work well with good feel once broken in and the venting is good..

Had a few Sidi's in a row, then switched to the Supertech R.

What an upgrade! But they cost 450.....
I really dig my Mag 1's. I hope you like them too, Dollah.
