BSI rating being accepted?

just a quick question.
Looking to pick up an AGV helmet- it's DOT and BSI- not snell.
Will that pass tech?
it's not a polycarbonate lid- Kevlar/fiberglass comp.

yeah, i need to know for racing.
some of the agv's are DOT/Snell in all sizes but small.
which is the size I need.

Hmmm... I guess if it's not plastic, you'll be OK. This was one of the brands in question I believe, so you may want to email Bob Perkins or someone to make sure...

I worked with Bob Perkins and Don Hutchinson prior to the 2001 season to get BSI helmets accepted and on the LRRS approval list.

As long as its not one of the plastic models recently banned, you will be fine.

my vemar is DOT & ECE approved. the rulebook says DOT &SNELL or BSI. so id say its good
