Don't laugh, Oxx. The Soho Vespa factory team takes themselves very seriously. Here's some more stuff from the last race held at the Frontier Land Road Course, no longer around since the Bahres built a chopper pad right in the middle of the paddock area. It utilized some of that 5 lane road you see just before you get to the track. Dave Roper had the lap record at about 1:00.00, he preferred that track over the NHIS course! Some of you might recognize Nick Kornfeld, the Starter.

So I registered the scooter today. It cost a whole $7 bucks. I adjusted the clutch, the front brake and the shifter cables. I then checked the air pressure in the tires. Checked the fuel. Mounted the MOPED plate, and off I went.

I was having a blast. I rode around Manchester for a good hour or so having a great time. People were like wow that's cool. I'm was really enjoying the scooter riding around thinking that Connor was with me having the same good time. I was smiling the whole time.

Then I figured i'd hit elm street and cruise it on the scoot. Well that's when the fun ended. I get the 2 teenage punks on BMX bikes who while I was sitting at a light decided that I would be fun to pick on. First was one kid "Hey I'm surprised that thing can carry your fat ass around" ME: "Hey how bout I park this scooter and kick your ass?" 2nd LITTLE PUNK "Shut up you bitch, you and your scooter is gay"

Light changes I take off thinking this sucks. What a downer. I was having a great time enjoying the ride, the scooter, and the thought that Connor was looking down and enjoying the ride with me, and these little fucks ruin it.

Next light "Hey nice scooter homo" from 2 rednecks in a truck. ME "It's a 1964 VESPA it's a classic." REDNECKS "Yeah well it's still gay"

Light changes and I'm off again.

What the fuck is wrong with people. So what if I'm fat, and it's a scooter. I was having the time of my life. Enjoying the ride, the day, the moment. Then these fucking tools ruin it. People suck, I don't get it. Is it that they are just jealous? That they don't know how to enjoy life, so they shit on others. I'm bummed they ruined my day, my ride, my fun. FUCK PEOPLE.
