"NOTE: In order for any rider to be eligible for the Points Fund payout, the rider must register and compete in the perspective payout class for ALL Loudon Road Race Series events for 2011; this includes the Loudon Classic."

Wouldn't have mattered if you had done the last round, Keith, if you didn't do all the rest.

Can we change the title of this thread?

It should be "Championship Points...down to the enormous, never ending Spool of Wire!

This break is FAR too long ..........

You know... when I put my 1 and only bike over a wall and mangle it or barrell roll the thing off a curb, we race 2 weeks later. When I have a good weekend and dont have to do anything to the bike... we gotta wait 6 weeks!

i might be the only person glad for the long break. i needed to put my brain back together after getting run over. it took a few days to settle in, and wrap my mind around how i should do my damnedest not to crash.
that said, i'm ready to go again.

Thankfully, I have some track time next week to get back in the groove and shake out any issue that might happen because of my round 6 crash.

I know the feeling. It's different for me, because I always fail at being ready for the next weekend, but the closest ones always seem to come after a big issue. I fought my bike and transmission most of last round, it's a fork oil change to be ready for the next one. I'll leave the softball. Kurlon, SWING!

I'm only liking this post for the last sentence. Good on ya buddy, I was laughing today on the jobsite about your line of "I shouldn't have been laying there in the first place". Kill shit next round homie. Get 'em!

I actually think physically I could do it but if I don't get the go ahead to go back to work on that doctor's appointment then I won't do it. They probably wouldn't like it if I was out on disability and found out I went racing. don't really feel like getting charged with fraud.
