from what i understand the deal is this

$65 to spectate (i beleive includes animal hill)
$40 for racers and crew
free if you cornerwork (whether or not its a "pay 1st get refunded later" thing i dont know)

I went in 05 - but I don't remember the cost.
That was my first year there, my friend had been to the races years ago and told me about the vendors an all the stuff going on -- Well that was when AMA was racing. When we got there the nothing else going on, just the races, not venders and hardly anyone there, he couldn't beleive it.

michelin and/gmd give out coupons that get you into the pits for $10 on sundays. the Mich guy gave me a few during the riders meeting on sun.

OK this is my first classic, and Im not sure what to expect. I wont have access to the garage I get to hang in now and again, so I gotta find somewhere to pit. Do things change much during the classic? And whats all this talk about the hills and animals? All I can think about when hearing that is the Hills Have Eyes which makes me not want to sleep in my tent.

Nothing really special you need to know about the Clasic. There will be money races on Sunday. USGPRU will be there as well, that should be cool. Other than that you'll see a bit more foot traffic of people coming from Laconia checking things out, littering and basically disrespecting our track. You can pit i the infield where ever you want. As far as animals and hills, they'll be a lot of partying going on in back. From what I understand it used to get real crazy, as in Jap bikes went in and never came back out. Now I think its just a bunch of obnoxious aholes. Kates and Johnny B can probably post up about some of their experiences.
