was custom chamber, now bike finished!

Well its done....Its been a ton of fun and very relaxing project. Went real smooth and no major issues. I have added the new GP gauge cluster and finished up all the wiring. Only item left is to put on my new stator and CDI box so the battery will get charged....every thing on the bike now works. Lights/horn/directionals etc...all led bulbs ecept the headlight. The new CDI box sparks three times per revolution so it should help alot with the starting as well... Only thing I might do is pull the engine and send the crank/rod/piston out for a balance as this is supose to help cut down on the vibration alot.....Might port is a bit to help move the power band up the rpm range a bit as i dont need that much torque that low in the rpm band...
I have yet to try it out in my driveway(80 yards long) as the now keeps coming down and never melts! Gonna tweek the shift linkage a bit and add a kick starter holder as it does not stay against the bodywork when reving...
    Stay tuned!!

    Dan

Thanks guys! The re-sets are stock and adjustable.....

The frame is steel...$2900 only gets you steel LOL ,made it easier to weld my brackets to....

Track? Lets see if it stays together on the street first or even better yet, my driveway.....

its actually a really cool idea to do this. I was up in NH and saw some of those UM bikes. The bodies are pretty sharp. Nothing like putting in a super reliable honda 2 stroke to spice it up.

so I got my new stator(for lighting) and ingnition(multispark) from service honda....Open the box and what did I see....A used F-In system....Like dirty and wires cut, as in USED! Ok, I undersand shit happens so I called them. The guy says...Oh, ya...But it still works fine, they guy pulled it off his bike and returned it as he didnt need it anymore but it works perfect.....This is what the sales guy told me.....Im like, NO! I payed $600 bucks for new New system not someone elese problem child......Customer service is dead in this country....Is it that hard to find an employee with 1/2 a brain? If ome of my guys ever said that to a customer I would tear him apart.....
