    need drilling for safety wire?

    Hey guys...

Since I have a drill press, and don't seem to have much problem drilling the bolts out with the speed i use, and TAP fluid, I'd be willing to do a bike for $25 (assume a couple titanium bits and an hour of work)...

I've seen this topic come up 3 times in the last month, if you guys want, send me the bolts, and I can either send em back or bring them to you at the track.

Wow, that is a deal. I spent hours trying to drill a few bolts/nuts.

    Very cool Kitt.

    That's right, back to a 2 cylinder, 3 cylinder, and a 4 cylinder.

Yea maybe we could like do a "Drill-Tradeoff", ya know what I'm saying.. :

    I'm kidding, that's a terrible idea....

No really your offer is awesome. I'm pretty much the worst at drilling bolts. Matt Stone left me alone in his basement one winter while I was drilling bolts. 25,000 drill bits and 2 'finished' bolts later he removed me from that duty. I almost ran out of drillable surfaces on the bolt as I kept snapping bits off in there. Almost made the un-wireable bolt!

However: I have no need currently for your service.
