ECK - ASRA Team Chalange - Loudon Classic

6th over all and 1st in class


Taking their first ASRA Team Challenge GTL win was the ECK Racing (Isaac Maycotte, Eugene BerrioJr.) Suzuki SV650 dominating the field with a 5 lap margin of victory. The battle for the runner up spot GTL raged for 81 laps as the 1023motors.com (Ryan Hobbs, Kristofer Knopf) Ducati 1100 was finally able to pull away from the Kaeser Racing (Richard Kaeser, Robert Marsden) Ducati 800 to secure the second step on the podium.

For some of us, it was a survival thing, either our bodies would expire from trying to do that and THEN Sumo, or our wallets would. There was also confusion as to the rules, etc being a new format for this year so I'm sure that had some play in it.

It is good exposure to have other organizations come to our track, it brings money (paid significantly more than any other races in LRRS), brings people from all the over the country, and of course its fun as hell. I was very upset i wasnt able to be there to race it (and beat the ECK dudes lol)
