    enclosed trailer...awning

Im picking up a 14ft enclosed trailer in the next month and am thinking i may add a awning to the side of it. Any else done this? I have seen them at the track but dont personaly know anyone who has it. Anyone have a local place they recommend to grab one? Any feedback is cool +/-. Thanks

I'm not sure how you would attach one, but I would go to a camper store and ask them. They sell them and if they don't install them they should know who does. My brother had one fall off his popup camper and it cost him $100 to have it repaired.

Yeah most RV places sell and install them. I would recommend one, but it would be about 3 hours away from you. I'm sure you could find one closer.

Check out Camper's Inn in Merrimack.... buddy of mine works there and I'd trust him to work on anything I own. He might be able to hook you up. My cousin works at Camping World in Chichester right by the track, she could probably hook you up as well.

When I was racing, I added one to my trailer... it worked out nice. Have to be real careful with strong winds though, and Loudon has lots of them.

I liked the pit posse stuff alot. So I bought a couple of things. Plan was to buy a thing a month. Then I decided to make the stuff with flat stock, polished aluminum diamond plate and rivets. I did not save all that much but I got much better quality. Nothing wrong with their stuff though. I made a towel holder, fire extiquisher brachet, helmet rack, aerosol can holder, dispensable glove mox holder, flashlight holder, and a thingamajig to hold the ramp flap knob so it does not get wrecked. But I did not fabricate a awning.
