    That's what I saw in the vid...the line didn't look right and the crash happened right after the adjustment.

    It sure sounds like you ran out of ground clearance. Can't comment on your body position, but that might have been a factor.

    Definitely a lazy turn-in. A delayed/quick turn-in gets the bike turned quickly and means that you are at max lean for a shorter period of time. It also means that you can get on the gas sooner, which helps to increase ground clearance.
