Appreciate that, if it comes to that.

LOL, to do something like that might as well buy a bike.

FWIW think it's totally worth it (assuming you get bike okay and all the admin work sorted) to do at least one race before going into the winter break. The October race. No pressure, no thinking about championships, or laptimes. Just a good opp to remember how it all works, make sure bike is sorted, get your mind back around the racing paddock, etc. Will allow you to go into the winter with a much better frame of mind, plan, and be better prepared for whatever your goals may be come 2015 season.

Just make sure to bring a lock. Don't want it to end up on top of a work bench again do we?
Thanks bud. It's a mindset, you're def right. I worry that so much else is going on that even with everything together and going up there I might not have my head in it.

Overall your option is still on the table though, I think. I almost pulled the trigger on this bike a week ago but just can't make the call. I'm worried it'll get raced for three races and then I won't have the time (or maybe money) pending my situation to keep going with it. So with bike plus all the other stuff (helmet, tires, transponder, stands, warmers) even for an SV you're getting near $4k to race 24 laps this year. I'm still on the fence.

Other stuff outside of racing hasn't worked out as planned as of yet, is the main issue. That could change at any time though. But as time marches on the likelihood is going down. IDFK... life gets in the way. It kills me to read all the race reports and facebook posts every few weeks though... kills me.
