Count me as being uninterested in Moto3 bikes as well. At 6’2” 230 pounds I’d look funnier than Doucette on his RS125.

But that would so be worth the price of admission!

FWIW, if the Kramer was around way back when I started building my NC30, I probably would've just got one. Ticks all the same boxes presuming the chassis is near as good as a Moto3 /125 / 250 / GP spec chassis, the power to weight would make it an ideal "little" bike that's still fun to ride / race. Only real downside is sounding like you're farting your way around the track after some serious chili.

However, as Josh points out.... the world is your oyster as far as what classes you can run so....

....anyone wanna buy a beastly '92 Honda NC30??

You mean my trip to Waltham PD and then to the State Police barracks in Weston?

Oh, just ducky. I think nhbubba had the same problem; the VIN on the Maine title was off compared to the VIN on the Mass title by one digit (because of my handwriting). I ended up having to get the bike visually inspected by the police before I can get a replacement title.

It got sorted out in the end, but it was a waste of an afternoon.

How does the 690 motor compare to Hondas Big Red Pig (650) or Yamaha's 660?
Back in 2000 when I raced a MUZ The engine was a complete rebuilt tranny to head, custom exhaust. Don't remember how much it cost but my credit report still hurts ..
. Made around 80 Hp at the wheel and was not a grenade. and in its day would hang with SV's both at Loudon and Daytona. But the forks and brakes where no where near as good. Got the weight down to around 325lbs This Kramer is overall a much more refined machine and is turn key.
lottery win would have one in my garage in a heart beat... lol

    Re: Kramer comes to lrrs

I got my Kramer in July. Placed to order in March for June delivery. Couple of slight delays in customs but got the bike July 4th weekend. Raced it at NJ the next. I did nothing but check the tire pressures and put gas in it and had an absolute blast. From my POV its worth every penny, I grin ear to ear every time I get on it. We put it on the digital scales in the Yamaha Champ School garage, can in at 270 with a close to full tank. Joe at Kramer USA is a great guy to deal with. Calls me after every event to see how the bike made out. I love my TZ but gotta say, the ease of use of this thing is hard to counter.

Bill, I wanna come and watch you race the Kramer. Is the TZ a 125 or 250?

Of course man, you can take it for a spin if you'd like. The TZ is a 98 250.

Wonder what 'Suzuki 500' ran GTL? Doucette averaged a 1:38.3 on his R5 in that race.

In GT300 a Ninja 300 took it with an average lap time of 1:47.1667.

In ULSB Breen took the gold on the Kramer with an average lap time of 1:49.3333

Ex MWSS was won with an average lap time of 1:42.3333

LWGP has Doucette on the box, 1:37.8333, Kramer in 3rd.

300 Thunderbike shows the same average lap time for Teag on a 300...

WTF is going on with the lap times at Daytona?

Rain or dry still pretty impressive.

I was asked to collect the bling for both Ricks down there. It was funny that I was standing on the first and third place steps on the podium for that race, taunting Charlie Mavros. Charlie was denied a few wins that weekend by the Ricks.
