Yeh, I'll probably be there... Maybe Jenni too. Like Jay said, the banquet itself pretty much sucks, but the drinking before & after with all the guys & girls from the track is a good time.

It is what you make of it I guess. I had a great time in 07. I wasn't at the dinner, I had the Buell booth right across from Chicken Hawk.

Went once best part was to see the guys. & split before stoneman went swimming in the lobby looking for change & goldfish

Well, I'll be there. And that's the exact reason why I'm going, to see all the track guys and gals again and have a good time with everyone. Banquet food usually sucks anyway...lol Will be nice to see you guys again!

Banquet is OK if you're getting an award, plus it's fun to get drunk with racers.

the banquet wasnt what i thought it would be. the "market" beforehand is like 6 tables with stuff on it. i think PK had a couple shocks and some business cards. its really just a bunch of standing around. although the food wasnt bad.

i was just saying that was the only upside. for about the same $$ we could just go out to dinner and drink.

It's $42.00 per guest, and if you get 8 people together to reserve one table, it's $40.00 ($320.00 for the table)

It is pretty expensive...you can eat like a pig in a real nice sushi/hibachi restaurant for less than that....
