    Motard Race at the Classic

Thank you for putting on such a great weekend of racing.

The Motard Race was off the hook... here is a short video from the front straight. Nothing like watching them back into the chicane and launch over the ramp.... Narbone was an ANIMAL ! ! !

    Thanks again,
    Sheppo

    the dirt part was SICK!!
they were coming thru 6 at full speed and banging a hard left into the dirt. At times they were going 2,3,4 wide into the dirt. really really cool. Hopefully a permanent fixture of the races!!!

that race was so amazing. Shane backing it into 6 and then absolutely ripping it through the grass/dirt. dude is insane. you could tell everyone was loving watching it and the racers were loving riding it. this needs to be a permanent fixture.

Shane was an animal. Starting the race(coming onto HOT PIT) when the leaders were going into Turn 2, on a borrowed bike, at the end of a long hot day....and he wins.

shame we don't have video of him sliding into the chicane (and over the jump) or into T6. he was putting on a show.

What number was Shane? I was snapping pics from outside turn 1 through one of the camera holes in front of the grandstands. Got a bunch of long off pics of the jump, and a few coming into turn 1. Plus a bunch of the start. I'll see what I have of him. Definitely was a killer race.

He was riding bike 238 though. Yellow (am) plates. Green(?) Bike.
He'd be the one getting it sideways into every turn

Pretty sure he was on 872.

Tyler Sweeney (745) was tearing the dirt up the whole race, and way in the lead til he mechanical'ed heading into the bowl.

He got a flat on his motard during the practice so went and borrowed a bike real quick to go win with.

I was working T4/9, so got to see them come back onto the pavement from the dirt up close and personal. They were all insane jumping off the back side of the curbing down into 10...
