    Motard Wheels

OK, Anyone know if the set of excel rims I had for my XR400 will work on a Yamaha 426? Or are the number of spokes different, as well as the offsets of the holes?

yes, both use a 36 spoke EKK413 series Excel rim so they should work fine.

    Simply lookup at http://www.whitebros.com

You can find all the part numbers and such, and they match

If it were simple, then I would not be asking for help. That's the first place I searched. And if it were as simple as it looks, than I would have a 36 hole rear wheel as the chart says. But I don't, I have a 32 hole rear wheel. Hence, my problem....

I'm probably going to end up having hubs made to fit the hole pattern of the rear, and it looks like the front will work, as it has 36 holes. So, front and rear hubs, and carriers...if anyone is interested, www.radmfg.com is a great resource for all types of cool custom stuff. Pricey, but high quality.

I can't see how having a hub made would cost less than just buying another rim with the rite amount of holes in it? Complete wheel sets on ebay are going for $800, i'd go that rout before peicing stuff together
