Noob question re: race license and ccs races

Is there a physical race license that I should be getting at some point? I took the penguin school in april, and have done three rounds at loudon since then but haven't seen anything show up. I'd like to do a race at Jersey (though I might wait until next year) so I'm curious how that works. Do I just sign up and tell them I have a license and they look it up or am I supposed to have something to show them?

You should be getting a packet from CCS at some point with a copy of the rule book and a physical license.

update for anyone that has not received their license yet. Wanda emailed me today and informed me that she spoke with CCS yesterday who said that they were doing a run of licenses this week. I would suspect we all get our cards in the next week or two given that statement so we shall see.

This is what I was figuring. I though about doing the CCS race in a couple weeks and I might still but it depends on funds, time, and license showing up. In that order.

he said he's planning on racing at NJMP, which you absolutely need to show your CCS license at registration.
only LRRS doesnt require you to show your license.
