Racing - 8 laps or 15 minutes of riding at no less than about 97% of your ability.
Track days - Take a couple laps at the beginning of each session to warm up your tire, body & mind
Racing - Green flag means GO NOW, MUTHAFUKKA!!! :shredder:
Track days - Oil filter wired? Check.... ok, good to go.
Racing - OK, wiring... Oil filter? Oil filler cap? radiator cap? front axle pinch bolts? rear axle nut? Caliper bolts? Radiator drain? Oil drain? ... God I hope I pass tech :pray:
