    Pirelli question

DC2's, are they race DOT or street tires?
what's the recommended pressure for a track day?
    i believe it's a 140 rear tire.

    Re: Pirelli question

    Jim, stop being a dick.

I found no records of a Diablo Corsa II. Certainly not in a 140 rear.

Is it a Diablo ROSSO II?

    Re: Pirelli question

i think so Pete. I remember seeing Diablo II on it, but looked really quickly.
i was confusing myself with the old DC3's that were street & track compounds

    Re: Pirelli question

Okay. Well then lets not get pissy about inaccurate responses when you don't know what tire you're asking about.

Double check and get back to us.

    Re: Pirelli question

AFAIK, only the Diablo Rosso II but I don't know for sure.

    Primarily a street tire.
28/28 is prob fine to start with.

    Re: Pirelli question

The 140/70-17 Rosso II is not a race tire, as designated by Pirelli. It was part of the "race line" up until last year, because it fit the Ninja/CBR 250/300 and was used in some European spec series at some point. As a street tire, I wouldn't bother with warmers, and I'd run them at 28-30 psi cold.

The Diablo Supercorsa V2 DOT race tire is now available in a 140/70-17 also now; this, paired with a 110/70 Supercorsa, is what we're suggest for race bikes of the Ninja/CBR 250/300, WR250X, KTM RC390 variety.

No, because you crash too much and go too slow for anyone to be influenced by your opinion.

No, this round, I won't be set up until Friday AM, rolling in pretty late Thursday. We'll be open for business right around 7:30am on Friday though.
