I wonder if they could implement an increasing late fee. For example, if you register the day after the due date (like our boy Pete here) its only $5 a race instead of $15, and it goes up a dollar every day until it maxes out at $15.

I'd prefer no late fees at all, or even the old $15 for all entries (not per), but I don't see them doing that. haha.

In years past, someone almost always posted a reminder thread on here before the deadline. That saved me quite a few times. And the times that it didn't, forgetting to pre-reg didn't cost me 85 bucks.

Your practice day is what's throwing the numbers off. We pay for the practice day (Friday) outside of the registration system.

Practice is $100/day if you sign up the the whole season up front. (One $700 hit.) More per event if you pre-reg like a week out or something. Even more day of.

My total out of pocket for the weekend will be $100 for practice (already paid) plus $325 for 4 sprints & 1 GTL.

I'll aim to be that guy next round. For some reason I am cheap enough to always remember to pre-reg. While in front of the PC I can probably hit NESR while at it.
