Wow, you DO have talent. I think you managed to snap the one lap that I actually hit close to my T1 apex :-p

I am still getting a feel for the Handroids as this was the first day that I have ridden in them. Thus far I am VERY impressed with them. They fit like, well...like a glove. Or rather how a glove should fit IMO. They are replacing some A* and they were fine but there isnt any comparison between the two. With the BOA system it literally feels like my hand is wrapped in protective goodness rather than just slipped inside a glove. The exact same feeling I get from the Sidi Vortices.

I bought the gloves initially because of the scaphoid protection they offer and because we have an affiliation with Knox; I am pleased to see that they are holding up to the name since I absolutely love the back protector that I have from them. Give me another weekend or two to break them in and I will give you a full review.

How do you find those handroids?

I had mine w/me for the weekend... brand new except a few street rides. Unfortunately I didn't get to race w/them because by the end of practice friday a finger blew out on me. I don't know what happened because they weren't too tight or anything and were brand new. The thread just let go and I had to use my back up gloves. I'm gonna try to send them back.

Thanks for the input on the handroids guys! I'm gonna buy a pair once I destroy the gloves I bought a month ago. Brian - that's really weird. It must be a defective batch or something. Glad you realized the glove was defective without crashing in it. I'm pretty sure they'll give you a refund or a new pair.

Thanks! I should be out shooting next weekend too so if anyone wants to see what I've got - just stop by our campsite. We are staying right next to the last gate on the front straight on the side of T1 (the gate that the legend cars used to get on and off the track last weekend) right next to the low down racing guys.

I'll bring my laptop and a bunch of CDs so I can burn stuff on the go. I just hope I'll manage to shoot around the entire track this time.

Man, I care about my hands WAY too much to take a risk like that. I'd sell the new ones and start over. How many unexplained, early on in life Held failures have you heard of?

Well I usually come Thursday night and have beers in the parking lot with a friend but I'm taking a couple of night workshops till June so for now I'm coming Friday morning and leaving Sunday afternoon.

Glad you like it! I'm thinking of charging $15 for the full res photos. I'll include the original untouched image and the cropped full-res, post-processed image for each shot. Let me know if that's reasonable. As I said I hope to be able to go around the track next weekend and take photos in all corners.
