hahah yeap - that's me. We fixed the exhaust as good as we could and I then proceeded to crash the bike a session later. Needless to say I had to fall on the side of the exhaust ... There was no way I could have gone through tech again lol. I should have a (relatively) new can for next weekend tho

P.S.

And let's not use strong words such as "busted". The exhaust was structurally challenged. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my top-end and did 10-15 laps of the infield going WOT in 2nd while being unable to exceed 30mph

I have no idea how the rest of the photographers get on the track I'm dieing to be able to go around the track and shoot all the turns instead of hanging out on a barrel next to the fence and getting shouted at by the NHMS staff

Ox youre right in about everything about my photo. I do use the tank too much especially later in the races. Ive been making more of an effort to get off the bike more with my upper body. That is the place where I start to climb to the other side of the bike to get into 1a. Id love to see a photo or two of me on the exit of 2 and 12.

Will do! As for buying photos - I don't have a web site set up yet so I guess I'll just be bringing my laptop for now so you can show me which shots you like and I'll throw them on a usb/CD for ya right then and there. Eventually I'll get a web site but it won't be in the coming weeks.

Thanks heaps! I'll stop by the garages next time. I don't know who is who but I'll have to fix that I wanna take more shots of the people and bikes in the garages. I wanna make the "weekend summary album" for each and every race - try to tell a little story of how the weekend went on. Everyone likes pics after all

Glad you like it! I'm thinking of charging $15 for the full res photos. I'll include the original untouched image and the cropped full-res, post-processed image for each shot. Let me know if that's reasonable. As I said I hope to be able to go around the track next weekend and take photos in all corners.
