The changing of the cameras is a bit annoying at times, but if you follow the commentary then it's not too bad. Guess I'm just used to MotoGP and the leader helicopter keeping a pretty constant camera angle

webcasting is the future for AMA racing. Eff the TV stations. Reach worldwide audience and do it far cheaper. Plus you can air ALL track sessions. Add in advertising slowly and in a non intrusive way and you have an instant winner. Viewership will skyrocket, and maybe some money will flow into the series.

Pro surfing has done this for years and it is gaining serious traction.

Yeah, after watching the coverage this weekend I'm starting to see it that way as well. I was pretty impressed.

And then talked about it for 20 minutes. I liked all the questions from the audience, granted, during a 57 lap race theres more time to do things like that than the sprints, but it was awesome. Only complaint is even with all that time and coverage we still only saw the first 10 bikes. No coverage further back in the pack.

That webcast was the shit! Watched flat track Friday night and then the 200 while in the car on Saturday driving around RI (I was not driving). I hope they continue to do this and only make it better! Plus I LOVE that all the flat track races will be shown! 2 thumbs up!
