Questions about this weekend at Loudon

My youngest daughter is dating someone that will be racing this weekend (holy crap when did I get so old???). I am pretty sure it's his first race. My wife is hinting that we might attend as spectators. Can we hang out in the pits? What's it cost to attend? Any tips/recommendations?

Hell yeah. It's $15/ day adults. If you came both days, it's $25 per person you can come and go as you please in the infield and garage areas.

$25 for the weekend, $15 for a day. Pits are open. Walk around and introduce yourself (south garage 2 here), we're almost all friendly and all can talk about motorcycles all day long.

If you get there for 11am, check out the riders meeting on the front straight. Its normally a pretty funny and informative session. They'll announce it over the loud speaker.

The bowl is fun, t1 and t1a are fun, front straight can be a blast (follow the crowds and don't wear a red or yellow shirt) and t3 is great especially for the motard race.

His name is Cody, I think he has number 300. Rides a GSXR600 on the track and an R6 on the street. Pretty sure his dad races. His dad has an RC51 and an RC8R. Don't know much else, they have not been going out for very long and I only know the the important details right now.

Thanks to all for the info.

    I have a nesr hoodie...
I'm hoping the sv is ready to go by then, otherwise I'll be caging.
I'm gonna roam around and visit some old friends, and I'm ugly as sin. Should be easy to spot.

I'd be surprised if he has number 300 as that is my number, at least it is what is on my race license.

Regardless of that, a bunch of us from the board are pitted under a bunch of ezups in the turn 1A area. When you come out of the tunnel and climb the hill take a left turn and we will be on the right. At least one motard, a couple of hawks and an SV or two.

We(RSP Racing) are right next door to Gino and the ECK guys, make sure you pop over and say hello. Always good to put names to faces and meet some more people from the forum.

If he is garaged in the same garage as last year he will be in center garage 4? I believe. He was a garage or so over from Garage 2.

She's not quite 16, so yeah. Heading out to Loudon for the day today. I'll look for NESR folks. I'm 6 feet tall, have red/white hair,am shockingly attractive, and wearing a green T-shirt.
