Maybe too soon, but that plan better be in the queue or I'm withdrawing all support and will root for some other guy.
I'd settle for a "508" bowtie. Everyone wins, you can wear with or without a shirt.

Add a 508 banana hammock and suspenders to the bowtie and sign me up for a purchase!

Does the "508" go on the junk or the back door? I could see either way providing some serious intimidation factor.

Definitely on the junk, since it would be a string thong... no real estate for branding in the back, dude.

Yes, true. Unforseen problems with front branding though. I could see the potential of the "0" in "508" being stretched to the point of being illegible.

Not with you wearing it..... BAM! WHAMMY! ZING! BA DUM CHING!

But really think creatively... run the 508 vertically down the middle...
Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
Oh! Zing!
OR! just have it originally printed to accommodate stretching.
"5o8"
Don't worry, Sav. We got this.

Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
Sav are you working on this in your garage or down at Adams? Next time you guys are wrenching let me know I will swing by if it's at your place. Neil will tell you I'm not very much help with the wrenching part, but I'm a mean beer opener!!

The bike is at Adam's. Due to the amount of fabrication needed, the tool collection Adam has, and how he is seriously a better mechanic than me it made much more sense to have it there. Adam legit is a hero, this wouldnt be a possibility without his help.
Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
Josh and Keith or whoever can assist, I want ram-air for the bike. I believe that it requires modification of the bodywork and possibly airbox modified/replaced? any info will be massive help.
Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
Ram Air - Modified air box with a duct going to the front. On the ER6N they likely snake over the radiator and under the front fairing. Some make it impossible to use a single pin lower clamp based front stand FYI.

Farquhar has his own design that may or may not be available, I don't have any Kawi contacts in the UK unfortunately.

Looks like it's some simple switching, and a 100 ohm resistor to fool the ECU. There is a good chance one of the Woodcraft 8 pin Kawi units will work, will take more research to confirm though.

Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
more parts are in :)
Huge Thank you to Scott Mullin and Souhegan Valley Motorsports for getting us the Versys 650 Swingarm! Scott is a great person to deal with and a fantastic racer that has no problem sharing his knowledge and advice. He is being key contributor to this project.

Our research indicated that the Versys swingarm is a no brainer mod for this bike and the project we are building. I found that it is 1.5 kilos lighter than the stock EX swingarm and it is also better built.

Also another thank you to SportBike Track Gear for a huge box of goodies.
Brandon Michling is our contact at STG and feel free to reach out to him with any orders or inquiries. Brandon is VERY knowledgeable and will really help in any way that he can. He has been getting us all the right info and shipping is the fastest. Plus he is awesome to deal with.

Hopefully we will have photos with the parts on the bike after the weekend and more to come soon...

haha I think Kurtz beat you on FB. We just use it to calculate the difference between parts replaced, not really to get exact numbers.

I wasn't doubting the accuracy, just amused by the, uh, decorations?
Re: How can you race TT Isle of Mann?
My first thought was the scale screamed Butler residence through and through.

I hope there are a dozen little messages written on tape stuck all over that machine by the time it leaves NY.
