We should have all the skinny people post pictures of themselves eating like, boatloads of ice cream and donuts by the hundred just to taunt them and try to get them to fold.
Course, thats fun to do in front of any weight loss place.

I currently weigh 205. I think I might of weighte myself for the contest on a light day? So ive gained like 15 lbs in almost a month. I thinks its been like a sabatical before the routine starts that went a little overboard with the eating of crap foods and no excersise. Oh well it all ends today, im just gonna workout for strength and conditioning until the end of january then change my routine for fat loss and change the diet for the remaining 3 months. My goal at the end of this is to be in the best conditioning of my life and the lowest body fat percentage safely attainable.

Remember, loose fat not muscle, dont excercise with real low calories(like below 1500). Dont cut out all the carbs when excercising or youll be prone to infections/viruses. And remember-muscle is your friend when you crash so dont sacrifice it for weight loss!!

Oh shit thats what it is! I rarely drink beer, usually strong rum and coke, but for the past month have drank beer just because. Beer has a lot of calories that I havent been burning.

For me, losing weight doesn't correlate to being in shape. It's actually the opposite. I try to stay the same weight or gain weight via losing fat and gaining muscle.

I've been unable to get to the gym as frequently as I'd like in the past few months, I've only been making it about 2 times a week on average. My weight has dropped down to around 167 (I'm 5'8").... I'm going to get it back up to 175 this winter, which is fairly close to my ideal weight. The best shape I've ever been in in my life was about two years ago and I was 180 and ripped. between 175 and 180 is my goal for this winter.

Obv for you guys that are a little more out of shape though, a good start is to drop weight via losing the fat, then after that start building muscle and putting on some pounds back on that way.
