I am 194... Down from 208. Got more work to do. I would really like to get down to 180.

    Summer 2004: 300
    Summer 2005: 325
    Summer 2006: 240
    Summer 2007: 200
    Summer 2008: 170ish
I'm 160 now, looking to be ~145 or 150 in the next few months. I'm 5'8, so that's apparently the target for my height.

I've been on a strict diet/workout routine since about September (1200 - 1500 calories a day, at least 60g protein and gym 4 days a week). Track days were brutal on my legs, so I'm working on building the strength there. Also, my core is squishy, so that's priority 2.

190 now down from 235. I'm not watching my diet all that closely but have been religiously hitting the gym (weights only - no cardio) for the past two months. Figure I'll keep this up along with skiing ~30-35 days this year (there's my cardio) until February. Come then, I'll swap out two days of weights for cardio sessions and get back on the road bike come March. Goal is a lean 165.

I just bought an eliptical machine off of craigslist for $75.00. Last year I wasn't very successful losing weight since all I was doing was riding my road bike on an indoor trainer, and I was never able to make that thing work well. I fell out of doing that in little more then a week. I am roughly 210lbs. I would like to get down to 190.

I think that I've worked about a beer off this morning. Spent about 10 min working at a heart rate of about 180 bpm if the monitor was accurate.

I used to do that to the girls I worked with in high school. I was a lifeguard, so they had to sit around all day in a bathing suit, and of course, being high school girls they had to look perfect. I'd come in at least once a week and have a half dozen donuts and complain how Im still hungry, then walk out, yuo could hear the steam coming out of their ears, it was fucking funny.
Course I didnt have sex with any of them, Im not sure if there was any connection there.
