    the rules say LC 2 cyl pre 99.(the year the SV debuted) but there were some made in 98 (i think). it doesnt matter if it was sold here since eventually it was. just has to be through normal channels. so if some guy from Japan moved here and brought it with him and then sold it then i would be chea..err... i mean racing in ULSB. loop holes people....loopholes
