What are the the rules and regulations as far as the areas they are allowed to watch and how much the gate fee is? Anyone know?

    Your new girlfriend?
    I think it's $10 for kids under 12.

Greg... actually there is not a charge, nor are there limitations as to where they can go (with the obvious exception being over the pit wall).
You just have to sign a waiver stating the minor's name and age.

You're not supposed to, but I'm not sure how strongly it's enforced.
You could also go to the start/finish line below the grandstands... just make sure they plug their ears!
