    RSP NV 519 loudon classic

    Alrighty where to begin.....

    Thursday:

Ok i arrive at the track sometime around 10 pm get unloaded and settled in for the evening

    Friday:

The morning begins and man i didnt sleep worth a damn thanks to an un named individual that i shared my tent with(my g/f) and to a mini van being started up at 3am in the morning to warm the occupant habbitating inside...So i start running through the check list of gear and the bike to make sure all is accounted for. I run through tech with no problem. I did some minor repairs that were needed prior to race time only to find out at race time i missed a very important one that i didnt listen to myself to do. Ok so its race time

LWSB i finally got into my race mindset and im ready to rock and get my first win......we pre grid and start to head out for the warm up lap and we head into the first turn of pit out and...........WTF wheres my shifter??????? yup the hine joint on the shifter broke and i had to pull it in and call it a day since i had no other races that day. And needless to say brian(me) was alittle mad upon returning to the pits......

    Saterday

Ok so i slept like a champ and my back loosened up and i feel so so. As the morning progresses i started feeling woozy. Then it hits me i sun burned like a son of a b*tch on friday and it could be mild sun poisoning. So i took a nap from 930am to roughly 1pm and when i woke up wow i felt like a new man now im ready to race burnt head and all

GTL, We grid up and this time i dont have to worry about my shifter. Im grided in 7D which is the first row of our wave. 2 board drops.......nerves are kicking in........1 board is out.....omg im gonna explode......GREEN woohoo...????wtf why did all 3 rows of bikes just go by me????why am i in dead last i take a glance at my left hand and, OMG you dumbass i forgot to fully release the clutch, buhh, so i let it out and start hauling. I catch up pretty quick and begin making moves like some of the bikes arent even there, im focused now, after i belive 4 laps ive passed every bike in the feild except the leader , 501 brian cooner, he's moving at a good clip but every lap im gaining more and more. Gotta catch'em, gotta pass'em. I found my oppurtunity on the third to last lap in the bowl i made a super late brake inside pass in the bowl. this was my first time passing on the insde of the bowl and wow it was fast(thanks gram on the advise on how to do this)
i keep my butt moving as to not lose my lead and we exit turn 12 and im looking for the white flag, but to no avail. This whole race not a single red flag and man im getting tired, next lap finally the white flag one more can relax yet. I pushed hard and never looked back all the way to my first win WOOHOO i won yes.....thanks brian for the good race you made me work for that one

LWSS, im grided in d1, im still buzzing from my high of winning i think ive got another one in me. here we go 3 board........2 board......omg adreniline is pumping........1 board..........rev it up tunnel vision.......GREEN.....HOLY COW i just did my best start. Me and number 106 jump away from the pack quickly though he has a slight lead on me, half a bike or so. We come into turn 3-4 on the second lap and i start to inside pass up the hill when WTF are you doing a**hole im almost half a bike length in front when im getting pushed to the dirt and i had to check up as not tp crash or crash out the other guy (im all for being competivtive but im also about going home at teh end of the day), that dusche tried to intentionally put me off the track and i did get by him the next lap entering the bowl and then once agian i find myself chasing 501 agian thanks to my check up in turn 4 brian went right by me and 106, but it didnt matter and way. 501 seemed on a misson and man i was having trouble catching him now.......but did he just YES he missed a shift exiting 12 this is my oppertunity and i took full adavntage entering turn 1 i used my head steam and late breaked him and passed him (man i love the new turn 1) i held him off for 3-4 more laps(i cant rember) to take win number 2 for the weekend.

Thank you to my team RSP and again Jay your the man. Timmy for making some badass chicken.
Brian cooner for making me work for my wins( i look forward to july).

Keith for sharing notes on turn 1 you made the difference for me, and for hauling up the bikes

Boston moto for all your support and help with the bike and tires.

Gram once again for your seeming endless insight and wisdom on how to get around loudon.

Mat you took some great photo's thanks hope you can make it again soon.

If i forgot anyone sorry but thanks the same.....

    p.s. man i love racing
