This sucks. This kid pitted beside us at Daytona in 2003. He was lightning fast. Broke his ankle and went back out racing. I'm sure he'll get another ride somewhere.

nope, jesse is prolly 5'7" ish, very blonde, big shiny braces on his teeth

ah ok.... the kid i met coulda been really blond & had braces, it was so long ago i can't really remember, though i know for certain the kid was like 6 foot.

but like i said, either way that sucks. on the bright side, he's young enough & therefore has plenty of years to come

I hope he gets a new ride soon...he is a great racer and a good kid. I couldn't believe when he shoved his swollen/broken foot back in his race boots so he could race right after crashing. That took some guts.
