May be true, dunno. Your post sounded like you thought all of your entries were free.

Will be hard, dont plan on doing every round next year wether it be amateur or expert

I think it's only for the class you won but yes your post kinda reads if you win a championship all your entries are free as in as many races as you can a weekend.

If i get asked for the bump I'm taking it, not requesting it. Technically i didnt have fast enough lap times to get the bump lol
Re: School me on contingencies
Didn't you do 17s? That's bump

Nah just one per weekend if you win.

Yes, but youre supposed to break the 1:17, so technically you need 16s

Negative, the threshold is the lap time you need to meet, not exceed. Cross into 1:17 and you are eligible for early bumping.
Re: School me on contingencies
Hm, i must have read it wrong then...oh well, still I'll take the bump if asked to do so, i wont pull a frenchy and deny it lol

Figure around $200-250, if just I race an event and another $100-150 if my son also races.
Depends on the bike. Three races/round at LRRS is nowhere near a grand/round on an SV.

Does anyone run different brand tires for dry/rain? What are the contingency implications?

Youre supposed to run the brand you want contingency from doesnt matter rain/dots/slicks......supposed to lol
Re: School me on contingencies
You can only claim contingency with what product and stickers are on your bike. You can't claim Dunlop for dry races and use Michelin rains.
However....like Marcelo said, people do it.
Re: School me on contingencies
And it's shady, and unscrupulous.
