does it matter. buy one from 88-99 and you have pretty much the same bike as a post 99 anyway. just the older you go the less money you get to spend.

An EX was just what I was using as an example to see if a post 99 bike would be allowed if it was less than 650, like say a 500.
If I had a 02 LC twin cyl 400-500cc bike would it be allowed in ULSB?

Heh, a 125 two stroke single can be under 180lbs and drop 45hp to the rear wheel... a 250 two stroke twin? No contest.
