I'm sure you're fine. Worry when you can't register for the first race weekend.

Ahh, OK, Yeah... If you go to https://trackintel.com/ti/lrrs/index.html you'll see the old stuff.
If you go to https://trackintel.com, however, you'll be able to log in and see the new interface. That interface appears to be down right now...
Anyway, if you can get to the new one under your profile it will show you your licenses. When I looked yesterday it showed my 2014 license as expired, but a 2015 license as active (and in my case with the same number).
Don't know why it isn't working today... Or maybe it's just me. My interwebs have been working poorly lately.

You found a class to win a championship in despite being slower than the top guys... I believe that is the very definition of cherry picking. And that's coming from the guy who's min-max'ing the rule book. :P

And they walked uphill in the snow - both ways!

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
Yikes, the website definitely leaves a ton lacking. They appear to have my current number, but under "Licenses" it shows 2012 and says "expired."??? But next to my name / bio it just has my number... Weird, since I've held a license in 2013 and 2014, despite not being able to race blowed up bikes that often... so what do we trust or do we not know anything for sure till the plastic license physically shows up?

1:15.8
another 1:15.8 here
i thought Kevin Senacel ran 15's too, but i could be wrong. i just checked the AM MW results for Aug & Sept in 2009.

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
I think the better question is as a national champion can Jim run a #1 plate in his amateur classes?

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
Late to the game, as usual.
Sorry to hear Pete, I know how much that sucks because a part of you *is* tied to that number. The exact same thing happened to me last year when I lost my "43" to some monumental douchewaffle who didn't even race last year. 29 is the 'new me' and I hope to be keeping it for a while.

Yeah, THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT sucks.... I better see the 82 out there at some point this year or I'd be kinda ticked as well.
I've gone through a few number changes over the years, now... 182, 187 (also a forced change), 82 and now 81. Forced or unforced, each change seemed to work out alright for me.
This change had me pretty gutted when I first heard about it, but once I heard 81 was available I felt better bout it. It's not "me" yet, but I think I'll get along with it just fine. Upside: It'll be easy to cover up that "8" in a class or two in 2016 :P

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
Bummer Pete. It's funny how a simple number becomes part of you. Every time you see that number on something else it creates a reaction. This year our thanksgiving turkey was number 117. I was tickled. Even took a picture.
This year I'm changing numbers as well but I'm doing it intentionally and was torn about the decision. I'll always be 117 at some level but I succumbed to peer pressure and temptation. It's time for a fresh start!

Fancy tricks won't fool me, I'm still going to try and use you as a rabbit!

Sounds like lipstick on a pig.
Really I'm just jealous. I've never ridden a tard on the track but it looks like a metric shit ton of fun.

You pit with clarkie and have never taken out a tard? :scratchhead:
Take mine out sometime at a TTD.

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
It's been offered, I've just never followed up. Might take you up on that for a track day though.

It's Smutty's bike. It's supposed to blow up. Pretty sure it's in the rule book somewhere.

Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
Fact. There's a betting pool somewhere as to when.
-
Re: *Sigh*... When you're forced to change "the essence of who you are"
I'm starting a pool that says not this season.
And Kurtz... you're really gonna go there right after your bike blew up haha?
