    Sure would be nice if they updated this past month. I'd like to know if I got my new number so I can get in these pre-reg forms. Grrrrr.....

    Is there a number I can call to see if I got my new number? I sent in my info EXACTLY a month ago today...

    Don't wait for them to catch up the bookwork, reg with your new number and force the issue.

    Any day now you should get a post card with; "Is your life on track?" on the front. On the back it states to use it as your license until the hard card gets mailed out.

    Okay, called 'em this AM. Friendly & polite and informed me that I did indeed get the number I wanted. He (Dennis?) told me they were incredibly back logged right now due to the influx of renewals this time of year. He was nice enough to answer my questions so I didn't bother asking wut up with the website...

    Here's the odd thing though: I NEVER mentioned my name or old number to him. I explained that I had sent it in over a month ago and that I haven't gotten confirmation on my new number. He then asks, "...Stiener? Stone? Stonner?", THEN asked me my old number. Very strange...

    Just for the record, Steve Aspland does most of the work on the website. He is usually busier than a one-armed-paperhanger. He also did a lot of work putting the banquet together, is one of the principals of Rising Sun Cycles, does freelance work for Vanson Leathers, some print work (Used to own The In Basket, which printed "The Race Book"), and numerous other things.
