    Larry, I'll get exact dimensions this evening. But basically just a steel or aluminum rod, hollow, not threaded, about 1.25" long. I think the OD needs to be big enough to get a 5/8"-16 bolt in there.

    Yep. 3 axis CNC. I also have 3d modeling capabilities with SolidWorks and SolidEdge.
