Almost makes me wonder if that was the "OH SHIT" moment that made him lose 6sec in a lap that let Spies catch up haha.

    Amazing.

Don't mean to drift off topic but did the cameras actually catch his mistake that closed that 10sec lead he had on the other 3? I was too busy rooting for Ben that when I saw him on Stoner's tail I jumped out of my seat

    Awesome pic!

Can some one help me out? Is he drifting out or backing in?

Drifting out. Traction control can't prevent drifting due to high corner speeds.

    Re: Stoner - Sideways Much?

ok so don't flame me this is a serious inquiry. Is it his rear tire sliding out or both tires sliding? It's hard for me to tell from the picture and I did not catch the race yet.

Not for them, that's just the way they turn the bike. The only time I can do that is right before a crash.

yea for them who probably do it all the time they expect that feeling lol. I know I'd probably leave brown slippery chunks on the track if I felt that for the first time

    Re: Stoner - Sideways Much?

Meh, the dual tire drift is nowhere near as puckering as the single tire step, be it front or rear.
