Tent/spot?

Does anyone have a small, simple-to-assemble, with rain guard, tent available for me to borrow for the upcoming race weekend (either friday and sat night, or just sat night-whenever you'll be up there)? I would love to be able to stay all weekend and stay dry!

Also, are there "spoken" pit spots? I know everyone has their area they like, but I don't want to post camp and piss someone off. I may try to squeeze in by my friend ryan, but not sure how much area is available.

Seriously though, I have a tent you can use. It may a bit big for just one person and it's a little bit of a pain in the butt to set up(not too bad), but you are welcome to it. Just let me know if you want me to bring it up.

There is tons of space over at the DNF/RivalX pit. Look for the bright yellow Nissan Xterra to left of the bathrooms as you drive in (~100ft to the left or so). Anybody on here will be able to tell you where we're at. I have a tent I can bring and set up for ya. I'm injured and not racing so I'll have plenty of time. Let me know ahead of time if you want me to set it up. I'll be up there Friday night around 8pm.

I'll let it go for $70 and I may have an air matress that can go with it. i'll have to check on that.

I have a kid who wants my race bike, i'm trying to pick up a salvaged '06 for the track.... it's supposed to rain all weekend, and I don't want to risk killing the sale.

yes it's waterproof, it does very well in the rain. The fly is stretched away from the tent so it's great to leave your wet stuff there when you take it off climbing into the tent. The bottom is the perfect size to fit an air matress too. i think queen size. I'll give her the first chance since I offered it to her, if she doesn't want it then it's all yours.
