I've got a tramper @ the track (grandfathered in, permitted, etc). Some of you may have seen it, it's easily hands-down the rattiest thing there. Used to belong to BJ. I'd like to fix it up this year. Remove some of the nastiness that would interest the CDC if they ever got samples, re-seal the roof, shore up the walls, do some work inside, etc. I'm thinking this may be more carpentry type work than NHMS would really like to see going down at their track. If I bring this thing out of there for a bit to fix it up and bring it back I should be good, right? Or do I lose my grandfathered spot once I take it out of there?
Damn shame I can't just buy a new tramper & keep the permit, but can't fight city hall. I'm ok with fixing up the one I have, just curious if it can dissapear for a couple weekends and come back nicer. I don't see why not.
