i raced on an fzr400 in the endurance race and spent a few trackdays working on corner speed on that thing.. after riding the fzr400 i was 1.5 seconds faster on my duc

for example sv's were not in my classes but as an amateur i will be racing against them.

The 800ss is an ultralight machine at NHMS... No SV's in ultralight at NHMS/LRRS

beleive it or not the 1000ds is 15lbs lighter than an 800ss ????

If I recall correctly, the adverse handling effect of the recipricating mass increase in the 1000ds motor negates any power or weight advantage it may have over the 800ss.

Novices will not be recognized, as far as I'm aware
Amateurs will apparently be recognized. To what extent, I don't know.
Experts will be recognized class by class, with trophies going to the top three riders in each class.

Wasn't expecting a trophy or anything, just was curious since at the beginning of the year Novice were not receiving anything, but then ended up getting certificated / trophies.

@ Jim - No I didn't realize I was breaking any rules. I'll have more races to choose from next year in AM.

Tyler, it wasn't a dig at you. you're partly at fault for not knowing/following the rules, but the my.NHMS site shouldn't have allowed you to enter in those races either.

I think I can recall a couple instances this year that it was actually all MW bikes in the HW race.

I know they had alot of confusion with LW vs. ULW too. My first MWGP race of the year had a motord, an SV, and a liter bike in it with me.

AM never screw up like that, or launch in wave 2 when I'm gridded in wave 3.
