Update on the other rider involved in fatal accident at Daytona

Here is an update on the other rider involved in the accident that tragically killed Bryan Cassell at Daytona.

<<Jeff has extensive damage to his left hand. He lost his pointer finger completely. His middle finger was reattached. He is also missing part of his thumb. His hand was also totally skinned. He has had several surgeries already to clean the wound and begin skin grafting. He will eventually have his thumb rebuilt from bone inside of the hand from the missing pointer finger. He will need plastic surgery to make the hand as normal looking as possible. He will also need more grafting. Jeff will be facing some rough rehab to get his hand to optimum function. He works in the computer field and is also left-handed. Jeff was discharge from the hospital on Saturday evening and is relaxing at home now. Jeff is a really great guy. The type who would not say a bad word about another human being. He and his wife are also newlyweds.>>

    Get well soon Jeff.

    RIP Bryan.
