    Who do we reach out to for registration questions?

    The LRRS website says "Wanda Dumas"

    I could be mixing up names but I'm not sure I trust that website to be up-to-date and I want to say I called whoever it said to call on the site last year and had to wait on hold for a long time before an awkward convo about how that was the wrong person.
