1999 Suzuki GSXR 600 will not start

I have a 1999 gsxr 600 that will not start. It hasn't ran in along time I have cleaned the carbs and checked everything I can think of and nothing is working. It will turn over just wont start I checked the plugs and all of them are getting fire I have even tried spraying fuel dirctly into the carbs and still nothing. I just really need help!!!
