2001 TTR 125 PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP

HI I have a 2001 TTR125 the problem is that every time i go to start the bike it sprays gas out of the intake side of the carb i have cleaned the carb and it still does it also while your kicking it it drains gas out the bottom of the carb , it has little to no compression timing redone and valves adjusted at tdc (top dead center) give me ideas on the problem has spark just doesn't want to start.

The fuel issue sounds like the needle and seat/float assembly in the carb is either worn or wasn't assembled properly after cleaning.

Compression is likely unrelated and could be timing (are you sure it's timed correctly?), worn rings, head gasket issue, bad valve/valve seat seal etc.

No compression and blowing fuel back out the carb sounds like a cam timing issue to me?
