2006 Speed triple sag values?

Anyone have an idea what the correct sag settings would be for a 2006 Speed triple?

Guessing it must be similar to other naked bikes.

I just rode my roommates for like 20 miles, the stock suspension settings feel really messed up. He wouldn't know any better so I am trying to convince him to set it right.

It was kind of a trip, it feels like a big SV650 although I think I am still not a believer in the triple. In a bike like that I think I'd want to go back to a 90 degree V-twin.

I'd think the rider sag should be such that the suspension is right at the 1/3 compressed mark like any other bike.
