I've tried everything I can think of so far. I washed the bike the other day and i started it up and rode it about 200 yards and it bogged and died and then would not start. at first i thought i was out of gas. so i filled it up with 93 (didn't think of it at the time but maybe water got in the tank? but filling it would of diluted it..?) so eventually i got it home. i check all the fuses, and all the connections. those are all good. i drained and emptied the tank and then filled it up with fresh gas. i check the air filter and that all looks good. it wont bump start and I've been trying to figure out how to do a self diagnosis but cant figure it out. the battery is good. the feul pump primes and it makes all the right noises and everything. I'm thinking either the fuel pump is dead, or all 4 plugs are fouled which i know is very highly unlikely. does anyone have any input on some other ideas or comments?

You may also want to make sure your Bank Angle Sensor is in it's correct position. If not, all else will be normal but the bike won't start.
Good Luck

yeah i also checked the tip over sensor.. that seems to be good.. got this tip from wera.. im gonna try this next..
"had the same problem with a 636 once... there was water in the tank but emptying and filling back up was not enough, had to unhook the fuel line from the rail and cycle the ignition on and off so the fuel pump would turn on... there was water still in the pump and fuel line... when you do this try to keep the fuel pump at the lowest point so that it will scavenge all of the water..."
although i did try to repump it but it was still attachted to the tank...

I might be talking out my butt here but at the risk of sounding like a fool here it goes. Maybe there's water sitting in the throttle bodies? I don't really know how water getting into the gas tank would affect them but I do know that when my F4(which was carbeurated) got water in the tank the bike would have a hard time starting and revving past 5K. I never had to drain the tank since water was heavier than gas and would just make its way down to the bottom into the carbs and into the bowls. But I would have to pull the carbs off, pull the bowls off and the main jets too, dry them with a compressor, and/or towel dry them, and let them sit and air dry overnight. That would always remedy the problem, but like I said, I don't know if this same problem and solution could happen with a fuel injected bike.

Is the FI light on? If you checked everything and still can't find the problem, I'd try to see if/what codes your bike is throwing. You got a manual? It should describe how to pull codes out. I know on my 05 636, I only had to ground 1 connection under the seat, get the code and look it up for what it is.
