I'd replace it, looks like lots of side wear on those teeth?
I always look at these threads with some apprehension. I kinda expect it to be a joke.
Yes, replace that sprocket with one made out of something harder than stale bread. If you are doing a couple sprint races alum is ok but on the street they disappear very fast.
You wont regret a good steel sprocket for durability or safety.
Think about doing it right the first time with a f&r sprocket and chain set, all steel. Costs more but lasts much longer, no more worries.

That sprocket does not look worn to me. The 'wear' on the sides looks like grease to me.
Meh, it's fine till it looks like a southern meth head hooker w/ four teeth.

I know nothing about how fast these wear.
Looking at yours, I'd order a complete kit and set it in the garage. Run what you have, for now, keeping and eye. Be ready to swap every thing when needed (which may be soon).
after looking at the close ups and seeing how much metal is shaved off those teeth, I'd be checking it after ever 25-50 miles of riding.
and I'd change them soon than later, having your chain come off at even 30 MPH could be catastrophic
It isn't worn until it looks like this.
I'm imagining the CL ad now, "has a slipper clutch".

The dark stuff on the sprocket teeth is just chain lube.
I ordered a Regina kit this morning. Better to be safe than have the chain let go, or a tooth snap.
Go Steel or go home!!!!!

I am not seeing the wear other people seem to see. Looks like it's in great shape to me. Are the teeth worn on the sides or is that just grime that looks like wear (as I suspect)? Can you lift a link off the very back of it?
