End of last season noticed battery on the Tiger 1050 went dead pretty quickly. Took battery out for winter anyway so paid no mind.

Same thing again this season. I could identify a draw, but not isolate it. Was assuming it had something to do with the add-on fuse block.

Finally gave up and brought it to Krank It Up in Medford. They’re primarily an auto sound shop, but they did some nice electrical work on a car, and said they would work on bikes.

They found the problem in less than an hour. Although the controller was shut off, the heated grip relay was staying closed all the time. They measured 135mA draw.

Can’t ride for a while but it’s good to have it fixed!
