Bike Went Down, need some advice

I have a 2009 Ninja 650r. About a month ago it went for a little spill but the damage was pretty bad. Instead of buying all new plastics I had a repair shop take the plastics and redo them in a different color. My big problem now is that with my new bars on my front tire isn't straight. I think the forks need to be tweaked back and I don't think the frame is bent but I should probably have that looked at as well. Does anyone know anyone who comes to you and measures everything out/fixes it or would I have to bring it into a shop. Let me know, Thanks guys - Jon
