Yes vibration=worse at higher rpms, bars mostly, footpegs at like 6k plus, no abnormal noises...i think.....and yes bring on the girls, we could convert the solo seat into some sort of sybian.

    Re: Bike vibrates

I know you originally stated that this problem began after your get off at the track. Did you try adjusting the clip on's - im thinking maybe they got moved just a little but are now not seated properly - hence the increased vibration? Thats really all i've got.

    Re: Bike vibrates

I am also now thinking perhaps something under one of the engine covers, was there damage to the cover? It could be something like the flywheel touching the inside of an engine case? Have you run the bike on a stand with all the bodywork off? You can use a screwdriver resting against parts of the bike to try and detect the origination of the vibration...

You are all going to call me a dumb dumb, but the problem was with my triple clamp up top, the nut was loose in the middle and was causing most of the vibration, didnt notice it because my gps stem mount was concealing it. It was so loose the gps mount was the only thing holding it on.

even though the problem is fixed, do yourself a favor and check the locknuts on your lower triple. they can loosen up from hard braking

that is probably why the top nut was loose, the lower ones were tightened and locktighted because i was getting a clicking noise when i broke, forgot to locktight the top nut

I am positive every bolt that holds the engine in place is tight yet the footpegs and bars vibrate starting at around 4k in every gear. Enough to legitimately numb both feet and hands.
Loosen the axle and fork bolts and then re-torque if you haven't already. It might be out of alignment.
